The team list for the closed qualifier is now complete as the quartet joins four invited sides in the next stage.
The DreamHack Masters Spring Europe closed qualifier has come to an end after the second day of play on Friday, producing four teams advancing to the closed stage: Nordavind, K23, Movistar Riders, and VOYVODA.
The second day saw the final eight teams play out the spot-deciding quarter-finals after a number of fan favorites were eliminated from the tournament on Thursday, including MIBR, fnatic, EXTREMUM, and Sprout.
Movistar Riders earned their spot with a comfortable victory over Budapest Five in the round of eight, with K23 following soon after thanks to an overtime win on Inferno and a dominant showing on Overpass against Singularity.
Meanwhile, Nordavind and VOYVODA — a Bulgarian team featuring former MK core Viktor "v1c7oR" Dyankov, Simeon "dream3r" Ganev, and Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov — won their series in three maps, facing SG.pro and Hard Legion, respectively.
Below is the final team list of the closed qualifier, which will hand out three spots at the main event via a double-elimination best-of-three bracket, played on March 6-7:
